먼저 스카우트 대원들을 환영하고 지원했던 모든 경기도민들을 대표해 감사드립니다.
자녀분들이 대한민국에서의 즐거운 추억이 만든 것 같아 몹시 기쁩니다.

경기소방학교에서 ‘잼버리 정신’에 맞는 체험활동을 준비했습니다.
그곳에서 스카우트 대원들과 만나 함께 체험하며 즐긴 것이 저에게도 행복한 기억으로 남아있습니다.

‘잼버리 정신’과 대한민국 경기도에 대한 기억 모두 소중하게 간직해 주시길 소망합니다.

하를렘은 네덜란드의 황금시대를 열었던 참 아름다운 도시라고 알고 있습니다. 언젠가 꼭 한번 방문해보고 싶은 곳입니다.

비록 주소가 없지만 바그만스 가족들을 포함해 경기도를 찾아주셨던 많은 분들께 따뜻한 인사를 보냅니다.

Dear Wagemans Family,

On behalf of my fellow Gyeonggi Province residents who offered a warm welcome and hospitality to the global Scouts, I would like to thank you for your kind recognition. It is my deepest pleasure to know that your daughter returned home safely with many fond memories of Korea.

For the Scouts, the Gyeonggi Fire Service Academy organized many activities that were designed to enhance the spirit of the Jamboree. I also greatly enjoyed meeting the Scouts and joining together with them in some of the activities.

I hope that your family will retain precious memories of both Gyeonggi Province and the Jamboree spirit.

Haarlem is known as a beautiful city and the historic center of the Dutch Golden Age. I do hope to visit there someday.

Although I do not have your postal address, I send my warm and cordial greetings to your family and to every Scout who stayed in Gyeonggi Province in the hope that my regards reach everyone.
